Gluten Free Flour Blend:
- 1 1/2 C. White rice flour
- 1 1/2 C. Sweet rice flour
- 2 C. Potato starch (not potato flour)
- 1 C. Tapioca starch
- 4 tsp. xantan gum (or guar gum)
Whisk together well. Store in an air tight container preferably in the freezer.
Makes 9 cups of flour.
