Peaches and Cream


I just came up with this on my own.  Here we have:

Fresh Peaches
Fresh Raspberries
Walnuts
Peacans
Coconut Milk
and Hemp Seeds.

It keeps me full for a long time and is very tasty.

  1. That looks delicious. I had never thought to eat quinoa for breakfast until my sister in law told me she does all the time. Same type of thing you did. If you didn't have fresh fruit you could use jam. Yummy!
